Checked the installation of the W-1208-L nose ribs and found that they were also installed on the wrong side of the attach angles. The 12 ribs in steps 1 and 2 page 15-07 are installed incorrectly. Setup and removed LP4-3 rivets and the reattached ribs to correct (inboard) side of attach angles. All were successfully corrected with no damage to holes in either the ribs or the attach angles. Used Dremel tool to grind the shop head side of the rivets to make the removal of the mandrel easier. This allowed the mandrels to be tapped out with much less force than required with the rivets in their normal state. Drilled the manufactured head side then with a #32 drill to depth that allowed a punch to break the heads off the rivets. After that it was easy to use a punch to remove the remaining part of the rivets. Reinstalled ribs on correct side and reattached with the LP4-3 rivets per steps 1 and 2 page 15-07 and Figure 1. Section 15 is now completed for the right wing.
