Brief Description: Left Wing Tip Nav Light Connectors
Completed step 7 page 40-09. Trim and stripped WH-B212, WH-B203, WH-B318 and added female Molex pins. Completed step 8 – snapped female Molex pins WH-B211, WH-B212, WH-B203, and WH-B318 into male Molex connector housing. Completed step 9 – tie wrapped 4 wires together near ground ring terminal to prevent wire chafing on access opening edge. Completed steps 1-3 page 40-10 – added electrical tape to W-1204D wing tip closeout and extension in preparation for sealing. Labeled wires on light assembly to match wire numbers on wing wires. Completed steps 8-13. Crimped Molex male pins to ends of wires coming from the LN-200 wing tip nav/position/strobe light. Snapped pins into female Molex connector block. Completed steps 4-7 – added fuel tank sealant to W-1222-L lower flange and clecoed then riveted in place once Molex plug was pulled through slot in the W-122-L extension. Radiused sealant then removed electrical tape from edges. Connector setup was WH-B211 (ground) adjacent to connector V, then WH-B212 (Position nav lights), then WH-B203 (Strobe) and finally the WH-B318 (sync).
