Did some tool prep work setting up pneumatic squeezer with adjustable set holder and foot control setup for better control. Also setup hard mount for pneumatic squeezer to allow unit to be held when needed to hold and control parts better. Since it is too cold and rainy to do priming of the AST parts decided to move on to stabilator section 9. Completed step 5 page 09-02 – countersunk HS-1213 hinge brackets for 3/32 nutplate rivets. Completed step 6 – final drill #12 HS-1213 hinge brackets. Completed step 8 – countersunk 16- AN426AD3 rivet holes in HS-1209 spar cap spacers.
