Align HP-190TP and HP-191TP parallel to first compression rib 13-1/2"outboard to it. Trim 1/8" off end of HP-190TP to fit it in place. Bend HG-3 gussets (4) to fit over LE and TE of wing and secure above into place with 1/8" rivets HM-14 top and bottom. Secure intersection of above ribs with gussets HG-27 top and bottom and drill and rivet into place with1/8" rivets.
Shorten straps HP-189 to fit around wing tank and secure with HM-16 3/16" rivets. Drill 3/16"holes into compression ribs, starting 3" back from leading edge, apply foam tape HP-188 under the tank and inside mounting straps and bolt into place.
