Secure bowed former to nose with gussets above windshield with 1/8" rivets.
Trim lexan moon roof to fit and apply velcro tape to edges to aling with velco strips on wings. Add velco to training edge and fit into place. Fit forward end of roof to former abobe windshield edge. and rivet into place. Add velcro tape to fabric windshield extension and secure to moon roof to cover seams. Peel protective coating off of both sides of lexan roof.
