Check tension on rudder cables and align rudder with nose wheel by adjusting turnbuckles. Secure bolts by installing cotter pins in the castle nuts.
Around flap and aileron wing hinges remove excess fabric from bolt heads and nuts. Secure hinge bolts with cotter pins (8 total).
Test fit flap push rods for neutral position and fabricate 3/4" extension for flap horn psh rod end on right side to allow for installantion of wing fabric.
