Drill out 1/8" rivet holes every approx. 3" on outside of all door frames. Relocate latch holes in aft doors outboard so frames align with posts. Test fit Lexan drilled to 9/64" on left aft door and install a few soft wide head rivets to check fit. Notch out 1/2" x 1" slot in Lexan for door handle.
