Brief Description: Left Wing Interior Hardware and Infrastructure
Install leading edge strut bracket on outside of wing and strut bracket and aileron pulleys on inside of leading edge, melting a slit into the fabric wher the inner bracket will protrude. Repeat for aft brackets. Attach aileron and determine location of cable exit from wing to the aileron horn. Drill out and rivet plastic fairlead cable guide to reinforced panel on wing fabric over exit slits using 1/8" rivets and aluminum backer plates. Repeat for upper surface of wing.
Use ratchet strap to further tighten leading edge of wing fabric at wing root. Lock into place with 3/16" rivet through the grommet hole on fabric.
Secure aluminum fuel tank cover plate by sandwiching fabric between upper and lower plaates and riveting them together with HM-14 1/8"aluminum rivets (15)
