Replace upper cabin aileron pulleys with 2-1/2" phenolic pulleys and safety with cotter pins, as advised by Tech. Counselor. Insert aileron cable (lower left) into 3/16 " OD nylon cable guide (approx 96") and run cable out to wing pulley and to left aileron horn. With aileron and control stick in neutral position, swage onto tang on lower side of aileron horn.
