Insertdowling to inboard ends of flaps to tighten fabric cover. Twist flap horns HC-4 so lower attach point is angled inboard for later connection with flap push rods HC-12.
Drill and secure HC-4 flap horn to HC-16 inserts. File top of HC-16 inserts to make snug fit between HC-4 and leading edge of flaap. File upper leading edge inboard end of flap to make flush with flap horn assemblies and then secure with HM-16 3/16" rivets (6 on each side).
