Secure trim tab cable to left side of vertical stabilizer and on inside lower end of left elevator with LG-23 cable clamps (2) and HM-16 3/16"rivets.
Bolt trim tab bracket HC-119 to under side of inner left elevator tuble with an AN3-7 bolt, castle nut and cotter pin and secure with 2 HM-16 3/16" rivets.
