Brief Description: Tightening tail fabric

Tighten fabric covering of vertical and horizontal stabilizer surfaces by inserting doweling under fabric of leading edges. Add fabric gussets for reinforcement secured with double sided tape and wide-head 1/8" fabric rivets.
