Locate parts and feed trim tab cable from tail through boom through forward bulkhead.
Drill 1/4" hole in left side rail of HF-39A (L). Assemble trim tab handle assembly as shown in "Handle end mounting" Dwg 23A. Secure to side rail with AN4 bolt, steel washers and nylon locknut.
