Brief Description: Finish flaps, start ailerons

Finish covering L&R flaps by securing fabric with 3 layers of double-sided tape and 1/8" rivets and washers as shown on video. Prepare ailerons for covering using steps for flap preparation on 10/6/08. Hang weights from open end of envelope to stretch fabric overnight.
