Review fabric covering video. Prepare flap frames (L&R) by hammering gusset edges round tubes, taping up sharp edges and laying out and drilling 1/8" rivet holes spaced 2" apart on compression rib to which the fabric is to be secured. Spray silicone lubricant on frame and pull on fabric envelopes. Stretch fabric overnight by hanging weights from open end of envelope.
