Fit horizontal stabilizers to vertical stabilizer and bolt into HB-16 brackets. Grind down fittings so tail can completely fold up. Secure into place with AN4-15 drilled bolts, castle nits and cotter pins.
Spray paint tail struts and folding elevator hinge.
Reassemble rudder hinges on rudder and vertical stabilizer trailing edge and rivet into place with 3/16" rivets for a total of 12 per hinge. Reassemble elevator hinges on trailing edge of horizontal stabilizers and leading edge of elevators
