Brief Description: Vertical stabilizer mounting

Reinforce fabric with 3 additional rivets at lower end of leading edge. Secure left HB-17 and HB-18 brackets to tail boom with HM-14L 1/8" long rivets. Secure upper parts of these brackets to bottom edge of vertical stabilizer with 1/8" rivets.
