Brief Description: Covering left horizontal stabilizer
On c/l of inboard tubes of horizontal stabilizers layout and drill 1/8" holes space about 2" apart and deburr, for rivets. Apply tape to sharp edges of gussets to prevent cutting or chafing of fabric. Cut and deburr 4 strips of flat aluminum stock approx 1"x6"x1/8" for clamping fabric ends.
Lay out clamping boards onto work table and secure with clamps. Apply 2-sided tape to inboard side of first rib of left horizontal stabilizer covering 1'8" rivet holes. Pull on covering and clamp on ratchet straps as shown in video. Install fabric and rivet into place with 1/8" rivets and aluminum rivet washers.
