Brief Description: Elevator folding mechanism

File inboard ends of HE-50 hinge ends (L and R) to fit within HB-40 elevator bracket and fold smoothly. Cut elevator in half and then trim 2-1/4" from each cut end. Drill out rivets from gussets on inboard ends of L and R elevator sections.
