Notch out front bulkhead boom tube 5/16" to provide added cearance for aileron crank, and then file smooth. See video.
Drill 3/16" hole through collar of HC-72 aileron crank and bearing tube. Apply epoxy putty and secure into pace with HH-19 (AN3-14A) bolt, washer and locknut. See Dwg. 16.
