Deflate and re-inflate main gear and nose wheel tires to 30 psi and 20 psi respectively to make sure that inner tubes are seated properly.
Pack main gear wheel bearings with litium grease and assemble main gear wheels onto spindles using LG-59 spacers and lock into place with 3/4 " i..d. collars secured with hex drive bolts. See Dwg 20.
Assemble nose wheel onto fork LG-5 using LG-15 axle, LG-90 spacers (2), HH-29 washers and HH-44 hex head bolts. See Dwg. 32.
