Spent hours figuring out how to shape the door rib retainer, then situate it and the rivet button on each door frame. They had to be offset to accomodate the bowing out of the mid door/window rib. Aa real pain in the neck.
Decided to use thicker Lexan and got general purpose 1/8", since finding MR10 in .093 is almost impossible. Found some right after buying the regular kind, of course. It's about 3 times as expensive as regular Lexan, but is abrasive resistant and not as susceptible to fuel damage.
Also decided to skip the rivets and use sheet metal screws along the tubing and 32 thread button heads along the top frame.
Drilled 1/16" holes all around the door frame and deburred.
