Sanded oil door area, masked off with plastic tape as a release, then stuffed micro into the gap between the oil door and the fuselage. Let cure about 35 minutes, then cut the door outline with an exacto knife. Final cure overnight.
Found best location for Shorai battery on firewall. Designed a battery box, cut the pattern out of poster board, then constructed the box out of carbon fiber. Will cure overnight.
Made up preliminary carbonu-clamps by laying up 6 - 8 bid layers over 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" tubes. Will saw up and drill bolt holes once it all cures.
