Sanded down the flox on othe fuel tank side pieces, formed the fuel tank, duct taped the outside corners and placed carbon fiber layups on inside corners (2 bid). Then put Dacron on the bottom of the fuel box to lay more carbon fiber to form cap strips and easy release. Back of fuel tank will be attached to these cap stripsl. Placed sand bags on corners for box to cure flat overnight.
Cut/measure/cut/measure...carbon hinges to fit the fuel tank phenolic board onto the steel frame.
