Measured and cut gap seal material (not so nice) to length and then ends at a 45 degree angle to clear the flap and aileron hinges. Set slightly higher than hinge top to clear the hinge bolt head and nut. Drilled gap seal, then into aft wing spar. Plan to permanently attach with stainless steel screws instead of pop rivets. Still have to do tail feather gap seals.....
Fit wing tips and drilled through. Clecoed in place. Also fit and drilled sport wing root panels.
