Cleaned all wing painted surfaces twice with wax remover. (PPG)
Opened tube attached to tank vent that had been pressurezed 4 days earlier. Found tank still pressurized. No leaks found.
Performed extensive inspection of inner surfaces of outboard fuel bay with fiber optic scope. Particular attention paid to intersection of spar web and inner skin of upper skin. No damage found.
