Removed and re-made and installed those alignment tabs that were not done yesterday. These longer tabs with double bends are far more resistant to jamming and align the doors consistantly.
Attached engine exhaust and fitted lower cowling. Exhause interferres with cowling at and approximately 12 inches forward of cowling exhaust exit. It will be necessary to cut out these areas and fabricate extended areas on the bottom cowl to accomodate this exhaust.
Removed exhaust system. Began fitting lower cowling. So far, very difficult to get alignment in all necessary areas at once. Adjusting cowling to fit in one area makes the fit worse in other areas. This is going to be a lot of work.
