Taped 4 pieces of tracing paper together to form one large sheet. Clecoed tracing paper onto tank. Traced cap strips onto paper. Cut out non-cap strip areas on paper. Transferred paper to tank top and traced non-cap strip areas to carbon. Masked all areas on top except non-cap strip area. Masked all cap strips on tank.
Constructed extension to fuel return line with 90 degree compression fitting. Routed extension through baffle to top of fwd inboard compartment. Bent end of extension 180 degrees so that return fuel flow would be pointed aft and down but would still terminate near the high point of the tank.
