Completed shaping, drilling and tapping aluminum insert for float switches.
Cut outer skin and removed core in inboard side to accept aluminum insert. Applied hysol/flox around edges of cored area. Bonded aluminium insert to inner skin with pure hysol.
Covered inboard exterior side with 4 bid carbon. Peel plyed.
