Trimmed carbon on header tank bottom. Through drilled holes through tank bottom, forward support flange and support flange on instrument panel bottom. Riveted nutplates to scrap carbon sheet. Hysoled nutplate assembly to top surface of tank bottom (4 places).
Fabricated cardboard templates for fwd, aft and outboard tank sides.
Layed up 4 bid carbon sheet for tank fwd and aft ends.
Layed up 8 bid carbon with 5 degree bend for outboard tank side.
