Made full size foam model of copilot seat tank. This was built to see if the tank could get through the door. Foam tank could only get through door if back seat tank was removed first. This is possible but difficult.
Started fabricating actual tank. Making it very slightly smaller than the foam model. Cut fwd and aft sides from 4 bid carbon flat stock.
