Calculated position for fuel pickup tube. Drilled hole through outer skin only. Cored hole and area around hole. Filled hole and surrounding area with epoxy/flox. Covered with 6 bid carbon. Peel plyed.
Cut 3/8" aluminium for vent, sight gauge and filler bosses. Drilled and tapped for 1/4" NPT thread. Cut out outer skin for vent/filler boss block. Bonded block in with epoxy/flox.
