Cut previously layed up 4 bid carbon for tank top. Cut previously layed up 4 bid carbon for 2/3 of tank bottom.
Layed inverted tank on tank top. Applied release tape to tank top. Added small 2 bid tabs between tank sides and tank top. These will be drilled for clecoes and serve as alignment jigs for attaching tank top. After top is permenently bonded, these tabs will be ground off.
Fit tank bottom onto tank sides. This bottom will cover 2/3 of the bottom, the remainder will be layed up on the fuselage floor. Applied a micro fillet around perimeter of bottom extertior. Added 2 bid supports between tank sides and tank bottom.
