Cored bottom of all sides of lower aft footwell tank. Filled cored sides with epoxy/flox/cabosil mixture mounded high. Applied plastic packing tape to floor as release. Placed tank on floor, removed excess squeeze out in some areas, added filler in other areas. Allowed to cure.
Cored bottom of aft side of upper co-pilot footwell tank. Filled cored side with epoxy/flox/cabosil mixture mounded high. Applied plastic packing tape to sparbox as release. Applied extra mixture to top of spar box. Allowed to cure.
After 6 hours cure, released both tanks and sanded to shape.
