Taped plastic sheet to table top. Cut and taped peel ply on top of plastic. Placed 2 layers of 90 degree carbon on top of peel ply. Wet out carbon and peel ply from above. Squeeged to distribute epoxy evenly.
Mixed micro and a small amount of flox. Coated one side of a 1/4" 24 x 48" foam piece with micro mixture. spread evenly with squeege. Placed coated foam micro side down onto wet carbon.
Mixed another batch of micro/flox. Coated top side of foam with micro mixture, spread evenly with squeege. Layed 2 layers of 90 degree carbon on top of foam. Wet out carbon layers with epoxy. Layed on peel ply, squeegeed assembly to evenly wet out peel ply and to get excess epoxy out.
