Sanded micro on baffling for snug fit. Put bead of micro around both sides of baffle and set radius with tongue depressor.
Covered portion of tank top where baffle will be with release tape. Layed up 3 bid carbon cap strip onto release tape, 2 1/2" wide.. Mounded micro in cored area of baffle top edge. Clecoed top in place. Checked micro squeeze out with mirror and flashlight through filler neck. Looks good.
