Removed peel ply from carbon/foam sandwich. Trimmed edges.
Fabricated foam covers for tank nutplates. glued covers to tank.
Covered back seat bottom with release tape. Sanded and cleaned tank interrior. Layed up 3 bid carbon into tank bottom extending 2 inches onto tank sides and 3 inches onto tank front and back, covering foam over nutplates. Worked wet cloth into depression in back seat floor. Placed aluminum tank boss block into depression. Clamped in place with curtain rod. Added flox around aluminum block.
