Machined several bosses out of 3/8" aluminum block. Drilled and tapped for 1/8" NPT for sight gauges, 1/4"NPT for fuel pickup and 3/8"NPT for fuel transfer/filling.
Made fwd top angle piece for lower back seat tank. Fit all tank parts together with tape. Checked fit through aircraft door. Installed pilot seat to check for clearance.
