Cut hole for radio stack with jigsaw. Hand filed hole to final dimension. Drilled mounting holes in panel with corresponding holes in RadioRax mounting system. Tapped holes in RadioRax for 6-32 machine screws. Opened panel mounting holes to #30. Countersunk panel mounting holes for 6-32 machine screws. Broke bit in hole. Spent an hour getting it out of RadioRax rail.
