Trimmed and mounted carbon air bypass in front of #5 cylinder. Bent curved piece for lower inboard portion of #1 clyinder. Fitted to main aft right baffle piece and attached with 3 AN3-3A bolts.
Various other sheet metal work.
Removed and re-installed left side exhaust system several times in an attempt to find a position of the flex joints and the 3-into-1 collector tube that would allow the exhause to exit in the fuselage exhaust tunnel. I am convinced that the left side exhaust was mismanufactured by Performance Engines. There is no way that it will exit into the tunnel. In addition #6 exhaust passes 0.088 inches from the fwd left rubber engine mount. Exhaust interferres with lower #4 spark plug.
Packed up entire exhaust system and sent to Ron Monson at Performance Engines.
