Made 3/16" phenolic brackets ro mount to fuselage side. Brackets conform to fuselage shape. Hysoled brackets to fuselage side leaving large fillet.
Made aluminum bracket to connect insturment panel with lower console panel. Counter sunk holes for #8 machine screws in upper and lower panels (4 screws each). Trimmed panel bottom to fit.
Layed up 2- 5 bid carbon brackets between floor and aft face of lower panel.
