Ground heads on AN4 bolts to make 4 studs in hydraulic pump bulkhead. Ground out corresponding shapes in hardpoints of bulkhead. Hysoled modified bolts into bulkhead. Cored all edges of bulkhead. Filled 3 cored edges with micro. 4th edge to be filled with flox and bonded to wheel cover bulkhead.
Made phenolic mount for hydraulic manifold. Modified bolts and ground corresponding shapes in phenolic. Hysoled bolts into phenolic to form studs for manifold.
Worked on finding acceptable positions for autopilot servos.
