Continued expanding holes for right flap push rod. Attached right flap and tested travel with temporary push rods. Looks OK.
Ground and sanded excess carbon from fwd aileron torque tube bearing support phenolic. Re drilled bearing attach holes and cleared carbon from bearing slot.
Constructed and installed aileron interconnect push rod.
