Made spacer from 1/4 inch i.d. stainless brake line for bearings at each end of aileron torque tubes. This small spacer allows more angular motion than the washers called out in the manual.
Ground small clearance area through core at point on right fuselage side where torque tube aft end ear was too close to fuselage side. Location called out in manual did not provide clearance.
Covered above clearance area with 2 bid carbon.
Layed up 2 bid carbon on fwd and aft side of right forward aileron bellcrank support.
Ground more material in carbon above main spar to fit aileron torque tube.
