Sanded micro on elevators for fit of counterweight into stab. Removed carbon strip above elevator trim tab. Strip had been added to reduce gap between elevator and trim tab. Didn't work out well. Bodywork micro sanding on elevators.
Made sleves for wing conduits out of PVC coupler for 3/4 inch PVC. Microed sleves into fuselage.
Microed exposed areas of wing fillet ribs.
Mounted elevators to h. stab. Made up elevator stop from 1/4 inch phenolic. Hysoled stop to h. stab. Adjusted to +26 degrees.
