Brief Description: Right wingtip leading edge fix (part 2)
Sanded plexiglass lens to shape for wingtips. Drilled plexiglass and flange for #6 machine screws. Added two nutplates. Remaining screws will attach with nuts.
Used flox to bond previously made carbon piece under ground out portion of right wingtip leading edge area.
Added micro over carbon to reshape wingtip leading edge.
Cut apart wingtip halves at trailing edge that had been incorrectly joined at factory. Trailing edge of wingtip did not come anywhere close to aligning with aileron.
Aligned wingrip trailing edge with aileron and bonded together with flox. Added micro for bodywork.
