Applied release tape to piece of wood. Clamped wood to interrior of cowling along right side of nose gear cutout. Applied bondo to wood to a level slightly above skin level. After cure, sanded bondo level with skin. Layed up 4 bid carbon over bondo. This will add back skin that was cut slightly too much. Bondo will be ground out.
Layed up 2 bid carbon 2 inches wide over exhaust fairing extending 1 inch onto cowling skin. Fairing now has 2 bid carbon perimeter attach tape inside and outside.
