Fabricated vent and fuel feed tubes from 5052 3/8" AL tubing. Fabricated upper sight guage tube from 5052 1/4" AL tubing. Drilled holes in tank and baffle for tubes. Fabricated phenolic blocks to support all tubes. Vent tube terminates at hightest point in tank. Feed tubes terminate at top of tank at center baffle. Split feed tubes for 3/4" inch at ends, removed lower half, flattened upper half and bent to form a deflector to direct fuel flow down toward tank bottom. Flared vent and fuel feed tubes and installed sleves and nuts. Bonded all tubes and phenolic blocks in place.
