Brief Description: V. stab cap center spar cap strip
Release taped inside of left v stab skin where it meets the h stab. Layed up 3 bid fiberglass over release tape. Masked h stab inboard and outboard of cap strip area. Mounded micro/flox on h stab just inboard of v stab skin. Placed left v stab skin into position and clecoed/clamped. Reached in through aft fuselage inspection panel and smoothed micro/flox into a fillet between h stab and layup on v stab.
Sanded exterrior hysol fillets on upper and lower joint between v and h stabs. Added micro/cabosil to fillets.
Started work on elevator weldment inspection panels.
