Grinded previously applied carbon in aft supports and on top of spar box flush with phenolic supports. Trimmed spar box top front and aft edges flush with spar box lip. Sanded carbon layups and spar box top.
Masked all areas on spar box top and aft seat supports except areas where seat attach block will attach. Mixed thin flox and micro slurry and applied to unmasked areas. Covered melamine plates with plastic tape for release. Put melamine plates on spar box and weighted down with shot bags. This will produce a planar surface for seat attach points.
